Spring / Summer Time line - April month - 6:30-6:45am - We meet 6:45-7:00am - We start 8:30-9:00am - We close & depart. ~~ May month - 6-6:15am - We meet 6:15-6:30am - We start 8-8:30am - We close & depart. General timings - Start time approx within 30minutes from Sunrise (time - season specific) Exact location & direction & guidelines, still to be shared with confirmed participants! Description - Forest bathing is bathing in forest atmosphere, or `taking in` forest through our senses. More than just a Walk... This is not exercise, or hiking, or jogging!! It is simply `being in` nature, connecting with it through our all senses It is mutual... If people were encouraged to visit forests for their health, happiness , peace, stress free lifestyle, and healing through nature... they would be more likely to want to protect and look after them, and also nature and environment! Once we are in touch with all our five senses, we can possibly connect & invite the sixth sense, you name it in any which way - sense of happiness, Joy, ease, wonder, glory - and find our feelings in the forest, trees... To experience, How to take in forest bath? Join us for this wonderful morning... Trees of Mother Nature calling you... Join them all...! ~~~ Look forward to meet you under the trees of our forests / parks ~~~ T&C: Entry Ticket to the Location / Park, if any, and parking charges not included. We wish to promote such sessions, initiatives in Nature to spread awareness about our connection with Nature, so that we all can collectively preserve our nature and amazing health for ourselves, which is due to the nature only ! We are not charging any fee as profit. This contribution is towards a small gift from us to you, which you will relish, enjoy, and take back home with yourself.
